How LittleLamaDecor got started
Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?
All my life, I've tried to create something new and adorable using just two simple things: inspiration and my own hands. Why did I decide to open my own shop on Etsy? There is a simple answer to that. I was waiting for my baby and couldn`t decide on a baby mobile. I wanted something special and unique, which is why I made the decision to create a baby mobile by myself. A big part of my project started at that moment.
Favorite items
What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?
I started working specifically with baby mobiles, and in the process, I found an interesting toy for a baby gym toy and decided to make my own unique toys! Now I have both baby mobiles and baby gym toys in the assortment! I like this set of toys the most. These toys were the first, and active sales began with them! Agreed, they are beautiful!
Then I added a marine toy set, and they loved it too.
From baby mobiles, this universal mobile with a balloon is selling well:
And my first sale was this cute baby mobile with birds and a rainbow.
Getting sales on Etsy
How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?
My first sale came in 4 months! Now I work with Pinterest, and internal advertising is included!
Managing LittleLamaDecor
How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?
Yes, only I work in the store; my mom helps me with the toys!
I use two programs for analysis: eRank and Marmalead.
I send via Ukrposhta and Western Bid.
The future of LittleLamaDecor
What goals do you have for your shop in the future?
I want my safe (and I think this is the most important thing for small children), cute, and high-quality toys to be known in every corner of the world and, of course, to increase their sales!
