Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

I began by signing up for Etsy and creating the online store Psychic Twin Featherz  from within the platform. I found it very easy, and although I was sceptical at the time, it has turned out to be a great decision. I first began with 2–3 listings and built it from there over time. I sell my services.

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

I had my first sale within the first week of listing the products. I regularly post on social media, and that's how I attract clients, and a lot of them come through word of mouth and referrals.

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

I run the shop myself. Etsy is a very easy platform to navigate and use for businesses.
