Introduce your Etsy shop and tell us your story. How did you begin and decide on what to sell on Etsy, and how do you create your products?

My shop is WithLoveAndCoffeeUS and I completely consider it my second child. I have definitely grown and dedicated so much time to making my shop what it is. I am an avid Starbucks cup collector. I was on TikTok and saw other people doing some sort of snowglobe effect to the tumblers. After a whole lot of research, I decided to dive in and give it a shot. After some time, I started doing sublimation items and shirts with print-on-demand. I love having a little bit of everything. It helps break up doing Starbucks cups all day.

Favorite items

What are your favorite items? What makes these so special? Why do you think these items might be selling well?

I do have a rainbow-filled tumbler in my shop. It’s always been a best-seller for me. I think because it’s such a bright and cheerful cup! It’s even been replicated a few times by other sellers on Etsy, which is really a bummer. My 4-year-old daughter and I threw it together, and she picked out all the pieces inside.

Getting sales on Etsy

How long did it take for you to earn your first sale and how do you currently attract customers to your Etsy shop?

Honestly, I was super quick at getting a sale. The snowglobe tumblers were really trendy when I opened them! I run sales all the time, and I’m constantly adding new things to keep interest.

How do you manage your shop? Are you running solo or do you have any team members? What tools or services do you use to run your shop and how do you handle fulfillment?

I am a stay-at-home mom. And although my 4-year-old keeps me busy, so does my shop. I love contributing to my household with the income I make, and having a little spending money is always nice. I have a 2-week processing time, which I usually ship sooner, but I love that it gives me time to really make sure it’s perfect. I’m a huge TikTok and Instagram poster. I haven’t gone viral yet, but I’m hoping one day I do!

The future of WithLoveAndCoffeeUS 

What goals do you have for your shop in the future?

I’d love for my shop to get some more sales. It seems to have dropped off a bit this year and last. I’m super busy, just not like I was the first year. I’m sure a lot of it has to do with the economy, and people just aren’t spending like they used to! It will pick up; I know it!

What’s your advice for a new seller starting an Etsy shop?

Stay consistent! Add new items to your shop daily! Don’t give up!
