Royal Mail has resumed International Standard services for customers buying postage online, but Post Offices are still not fully operational. Online solutions include Royal Mail (via Shop Manager), Evri (via Evri Shipping Tool), and Etsy's Purchase Protection program. When purchasing shipping labels from somewhere other than your Shop Manager, you must manually mark the order as complete on the Orders & Delivery page after it's been delivered.

International shipments were halted earlier this month as a result of a cyber issue at Royal Mail. As Royal Mail works to resolve the problem, they have asked that their clients: Stop selling Royal Mail shipping labels for export.
